These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TDW Media (the "Service"), a tool that helps a content creator turn their own livestreams into short-form clips and publish those clips to the creator's own connected accounts (YouTube, TikTok, X). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. What the Service does
TDW Media captures a creator's stream, detects clip-worthy moments, renders short vertical clips, and — after the creator reviews and approves them — publishes the approved clips to the creator's own social accounts on their behalf. The Service acts only on the accounts the operator explicitly connects, and only at the operator's direction.
2. Your responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the content you capture, generate, and publish through the Service, and for ensuring you have the rights to use and post that content. You agree to use the Service only for content you own or are authorized to publish, and to comply with the terms and policies of every platform you publish to, including the YouTube Terms of Service, TikTok, and X. You will not use the Service to publish unlawful, infringing, hateful, or harassing content.
3. Accounts and access
You connect your own platform accounts via each platform's official OAuth flow. You may disconnect an account at any time, which immediately revokes the Service's access to it. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and connected accounts secure.
4. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated clips, captions, or metadata will be accurate or suitable for any purpose. You review and approve every clip before it is published.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TDW Media and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, reach, or account standing, arising from your use of the Service. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
