TDW MEDIALast updated: 2026-06-01
TDW Media ("we", "us") operates a self-hosted tool that turns a creator's own livestream into short-form video clips and, after the operator reviews and approves them, uploads those clips to the operator's own connected social accounts (YouTube, TikTok, X).
When you connect a platform account, you grant TDW Media access — via that platform's official OAuth flow — only to what is needed to post on your behalf:
We do not request access to your viewing history, subscriptions, direct messages, or private account data beyond what those scopes provide.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties except as needed to call the API of the platform you chose to publish to.
The Service is built to keep only what it needs. The source recording of a stream is deleted automatically once its clips have been rendered, and a rendered clip is deleted automatically once it has been published to every account it was sent to. Because the app is self-hosted, the operator controls retention and can delete stored tokens and clip data at any time (disconnecting an account removes its stored tokens).
This application uses the official APIs of the platforms you connect. By using it you also agree to those platforms' terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service; Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
You can revoke TDW Media's access to a connected account at any time from that platform's security settings — for Google/YouTube, myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access stops all future uploads; any clips already uploaded remain on your account until you remove them.
TDW Media is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.
We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date above will change accordingly.
